Reinforced Macmat (also named Reinforced Turf Mat) is a new composite erosion control material, combined with 3D three-dimensional flexible PP geomat and double-twist hexagonal steel wire mesh by hot compound pressing technology. It perfectly combines the high anti-scour performance of metal wire mesh and the vegetation growth protection function of 3D geomat.
Before grass grows up, the steel wire mesh bears heavy rain impact and prevents slope soil collapse; after vegetation rooting, grass roots interweave with the 3D mat to form an integrated soil-grass-mesh protection system, realizing permanent ecological slope protection instead of rigid concrete hardening.
